Moving AWO Eventbrite Guest to Mailchimp

Description

  1. Long into Eventbrite
  2. Click on the event of your choice
  3. Click on Reports
  4. Click on Attendee Summary
  5. Click on Export and export as XLSX
  6. Open the file in Microsoft Excel
  7. We will Need Email, First Name, Last Name and Address Columns in that order all other fields can be deleted
  8. Log into Mailchimp and click on Audience
  9. Click on all contact
  10. Take note of your current Audience Number (555 Contacts 526 Subscribers)
  11. Click Add Contacts
  12. Click Import Contacts
  13. Click Copy and Paste the 4 columns from Excel
  14. Click Continue to Organize
  15. Take note of NEW Audience Number (566 Contacts 537 Subscribers)
